● 產品潔凈度檢測 Clean audit for the products

將產品放置于檢測臺，對著燈光或用高光燈管放入保護膜管芯內觀察其外觀情況，如氣泡、皺折、走空、走位、晶點、雜質、黑點等不良情況。

Put the product on the test bench, face the light or put a specular fluorescent tube in the tube core of the protective film to observe its appearances to check whether there are unfavorable conditions such as bubbles, folds, vacancy, eutectic point, impurity and dark spot etc.

● 產品性能測試 Product performance test

根據標準（如GB/T1040、2792等）檢測監控成品的拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率、180度剝離強度等各項性能是否符合要求。

The performance factors such as tensile strength, elongation at break and 180°peeling strength etc. of the finished products are inspected and monitored according to the standards (for instance GB/T1040 and 2792 etc.) to check whether they are conformable.

● 耐溫測試：Temperature resistance test
將產品放置在檢測環境內，并存放規定時間后，放置于常溫下，按規定速度撕開，產品無殘膠、無霧狀物等情況發生。
Put the product in the test environment and store it for specified period, then put it under ambient temperature and tear it at specified speed, there is no residual glue or vaporous matters etc.

● 水滴角測試儀： Water drop angle tester
用于玻璃鏡片液晶屏等表面研究和潔凈度分析。
It is used for surface research and cleanness analysis for glass, mirror or LED etc.
