I coach on a month-to-month basis.

 

Each month contains between 120 and 240 minutes of contact coaching time.

 

This can be either 4 x 60 minute or 2 x 60 minute coaching sessions per month.

 

Coaching or counselling can take place face-to-face, over the phone or over Skype.  Wherever you are in the world - I can coach you!

 

I offer 3 month, 6 month or 12 month packages.

 

Each package contains:

 

  • Unlimited email support, with guaranteed 24 hour response time, between sessions.

 

  • Unlimited resources, web links and recommended reading.

 

  • Customised and personalised worksheets and excercises.

 

  • Personalized session summaries by email.

 

  • Personalized coaching reports.

 

I also offer single, one-time coaching sessions.

 

All prices quoted are Canadian dollars, include tax and are for face-to-face, phone or Skype coaching.

 

All payments are required in advance.

single monthly  'discovery' package

Four 60 minute coaching/counselling sessions per month, including unlimited email support between sessions.

SILVER quarterly package

3 months of coaching, totalling 6 hours of appointment time and unlimited email support:

$900 + $30 processing fee for online payments.

SILVER six monthly package (discounted by 5%)

6 months of coaching, totalling 12 hours of appointment time and unlimited email support:

$1710 + $50 processing fee for online payments.

SILVER yearly package (discounted by 10%)

12 months of coaching, totalling 24 hours of appointment time and unlimited email support:

$3240 + $100 processing fee for online payments.

GOLD quarterly package

3 months of coaching, totalling 12 hours of appointment time and unlimited email support:

$1800 + $60 processing fee for online payments.

GOLD six monthly package (discounted by 5%)

6 months of coaching, totalling 24 hours of appointment time and unlimited email support:

$3420 + $100 processing fee for online payments.

GOLD yearly package (discounted by 10%)

12 months of coaching, totalling 48 hours of appointment time and unlimited email support:

$6480 + $195 processing fee for online payments.
